Dear Patients and Families,

We wanted to reach out to our patients before the Holiday Season kicks off. Our office will be closed starting December 18th through January 3rd to be able to spend time with our families. We will return on Monday, January 4th. We understand that instances arise after hours or when the office is closed. We’ve listed the most reasons families call us as well as instructions for how to proceed below. This is for your peace of mind- you’re not alone and there’s always a way to get in touch with us!

Orthodontic Emergency (hit in the face, severe accident)

Call the office 281-497-7920 and there will be an option to call the emergency line. Leave a message and one of our assistants will be able to assist you.

Common Orthodontic Issues w/o Discomfort (poking wires, loose appliances, broken brackets, minor irritation)

Wax is a useful tool in most of these cases and will prevent the inside of your mouth from getting scratched. Use as needed until able to come into the office to have repaired. Please email the office and one of our team members will respond upon returning to normal business hours.

Lost Retainers

A lot of kiddos come home from college during the break. If they are having problems with their retainer, please let us know asap, so we can schedule an appointment before the office is closed. Retainers take one week to be made after the scan has been completed.
