Hi! I love introducing new patients to our amazing practice. I’ve been in the dental field for 6 years and have loved every second of it. In my spare time I enjoy cooking with my husband, hanging out with our three kids, traveling and watching football.
Ashley- Front Office Coordinator
I love being able to rock out with patient’s everyday! There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a patient who just had their braces removed and walk out the office with a huge smile on their face. In my free time I enjoy being a football mom and spending time with my niece. I also enjoy cooking, running, lifting weights and playing with my chihuahua.

Hi! I enjoy working with the amazing band we have. My favorite part of the day is getting to see the patient’s excitement coming into our office, gaining confidence and beautiful smiles. In my free time I love spending time with my girlfriend and our weenie dog Stella, listening to live music, and going on fun adventures.

Hi! My name is Micaela and I love working at Jennings Orthodontics in a fun and exciting atmosphere. In my free time, I love hanging out with my husband and 2 cats, Remi & Leo. I graduated from Baylor University (Sic ‘Em Bears!) and am working as a dental assistant while I apply for Dental school to pursue my passion for dentistry and become a Dentist.

I’m passionate about my journey and knowledge in healthcare. On the path to completing my 4th certification which includes, medical assistant, dental assistant, phlebotomist & CPR/BLS. Orthodontics is an exciting field! I love animals and currently live with 2 dogs and a duck! I enjoy fishing, being outdoors and traveling. Riding horses in the Grand Tetons, whitewater rafting in Colorado and zip lining in the Rocky Mountains are my favorite adventures so far!

Hi, my name is Charissa (The “h” is silent). I am the youngest of four, and the only girl. In my free time I love to ship and hang out with my puppy Henny.
I’ve always wanted to work in the Orthodontics industry, and I’m so grateful Dr. Jennings granted me the opportunity. The environment in the office and the staff here are amazing and so much fun to work with.
Valerie – Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I’m Valerie! I’ve been an RDA for 2 1/2 years with experience in Pediatrics and Ortho. I was born and raised here in Houston and it makes me prouder than ever! Some of my favorite things to do include dancing, listening to loud music, traveling and going on unnecessary target/starbies runs. I’m looking forward to being a part of your orthodontic journey!

Hi, my name is Frank and I am the lab guy. I’m originally from Venezuela, but I lived in Pennsylvania for 6 years before I moved to Texas in 2021. I graduated from Dental school in 2001. Steelers and Penguins fan. In my free time I enjoy playing bass guitar and play video games with my son.
Millie – Our Little Rockstar
Hi my name is Millie and I have the best dad in the world, Dr. Jennings! He takes me to work a lot with him and I love making new friends with all the patients that come here. I love playing with all the kiddos when they are here for appointments, going on walks, playing fetch and dressing up in my outfits! My teammates have taught me lots of new tricks, so ask them for a treat and I’ll show you my skills!
