Brad – The Dr.
Meet Brad, the rock ‘n’ roll orthodontist behind Jennings Orthodontics! Since 2004, Brad’s been rocking the world of orthodontics with a smile and a bit of musical flair. His office is a tribute to his lifelong love of rock music, featuring memorabilia from legends like Eddie Van Halen, Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, and KISS.
When he’s not busy perfecting smiles, you’ll find him shredding on his guitar or hanging out with his pugs, who love to snuggle up in the office. At Jennings Orthodontics, you’re not just getting top-notch care; you’re stepping into a rockstar experience unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.
Millie – Little Rockstar
Millie, is 1 of the office therapy pugs, who’s favorite pastime is taking naps on patients while they are here for their appointments. She has the best dad in the world, Dr. Jennings! Millie loves making new friends, playing with all of our patients, choosing an outfit (sometimes multiple a day) , and showing the patients all of her tricks. Our staff has taught Millie a few tricks, so ask for a treat (from the front desk) and she would love to show you all of her skills. Millies office days are Tuesday and Thursday- the rest of the week you will find her at home catching up on her beauty sleep.
Sammie – Littlest Rockstar
Sammie, is the other office therapy “in training” pug. As part of her training, she comes to the office on occasion. Sammie is Millie’s younger sister, whose favorite pastime is running around the office and of course taking naps following in the footsteps of her older sister. She is not fully skilled, however feel free to ask the front desk for a treat and teach her a trick!
Micaela – Treatment Coordinator
Micaela is a dedicated treatment coordinator with a passion for making patients feel welcomed and supported. A proud Baylor University Alumna, Micaela brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously served as lead assistant for Dr. Jennings for five years. Her background in providing exceptional support and coordination has honed her skills in creating a positive and efficient experience for patients. Outside of her professional life, Micaela enjoys spending time with her husband and their three beloved cats. She finds joy in painting and reading, pursuits that inspire her creativity and relaxation. Micaela’s goal is to help new patients get started on their orthodontic journey and ensure they leave with a smile, reflecting her commitment to her work and community.
Desiree – Insurance Coordinator
Desiree has been the friendly face behind the front desk at Jennings Orthodontics since 2022, where she expertly handles insurance matters and provides top tier customer service all while keeping everything running smoothly. She is our go to girl for all things administration related. When she’s not making our patient’s smile, you’ll find her indulging in a shopping spree or enjoying a cozy day at home with her girlfriend. Desiree believes that relaxation and retail therapy are the perfect ways to recharge.
Frank – 3D/ Lab Tech
Meet Frank, he is our 3D Printer/Lab Technician. Frank ensures all of our patients receive a perfectly curated retainer to retain all of our hard work! Frank is shared with another office part time, where he is also an orthodontic assistant. Frank is originally from Venezuela, but lived in Pennsylvania for 6 years before he moved to Texas in 2021. He graduated from dental school in 2001. In his free time, he enjoys playing bass guitar and video games with his son. Frank is also an avid Steelers and Penguins fan.
Allison – Scheduling Coordinator
Meet Allison, she is our front desk new patient coordinator. Allison joined our team in January of 2024 and has enjoyed making the patients experience smooth and fun. When she is not making your orthodontic journey awesome, you can find her lifting weights heavier than your dad lol or having a blast with her kiddo, Parker, and her mischievous puppy, Dobbi.
Mary – Orthodontic Assistant
Meet Mary, our lead orthodontic assistant and workplace cheerleader! She has been assisting in the perfection of smiles since 2019. Mary’s superpower is turning new team members into orthodontic pros while keeping the office atmosphere lively and fun. When she’s not perfecting smiles, you’ll find her whipping up delicious meals, strumming her guitar, or enjoying cozy moments with her pets and fiance. Mary’s blend of professional expertise and zest for life makes her a true gem in and out of the office!
Charissa – Orthodontic Assistant
Charissa, affectionately known as Charro, is a warm hearted and dedicated assistant at Jennings Orthodontics where she has been a valued team member since 2022. Her genuine passion for her work is evident in her commitment to delivering exceptional care and striving for near perfection in every aspect of her role. When she’s not helping create beautiful smiles, Charro enjoys indulging in her love for shopping and spending quality time with her boyfriend. She also treasures her moments of relaxation with her adorable puppy, Henny, and finds joy in taking long naps. Known for her incredibly sweet nature and a heart as big as her smile, Charro brings a special touch of kindness and warmth to everyone she meets.
Valerie – Orthodontic Assistant
Valerie has been an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Jennings since 2023. Known for her bubbly nature, she brings enthusiasm and energy to everything she does. After two years of pediatric experience, Valerie has developed a passion for ensuring your child’s dental experience to be fun. No tears here ! When she’s not brightening smiles, you will find her dancing with family, drinking Dr. Pepper, or indulging in a little retail therapy at Target with her boyfriend. Nonetheless, you can always count on Valerie to meet you with a smile.
Madison – Orthodontic Assistant
Meet Madison, our newest orthodontic assistant who joined Jennings Orthodontics in 2024! Madison’s creativity shines through in everything she does, from making our office a fun place to be, to chatting with patients about their lives and interests. When she’s not making smiles brighter, you’ll find her online shopping, planning her next travel adventure, or hanging out with friends and family. Madison’s vibrant spirit and love for connecting with others keep the good vibes rolling all day long!
Taylor – Sterile/ Records Technician
Meet Taylor, she is an ambitious individual with a passion for keeping things in tip top shape. By day, she works as a sterile/records technician, ensuring that everything is impeccably clean and organized for the team and patients. Taylor takes pride in managing all records and being one of the first and last people you’ll see, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Outside of work, Taylor finds joy in cooking and weightlifting. Cooking allows her to explore her creative side while weightlifting helps her stay calm and centered. Taylor is a proud parent to a beautiful 6-year old daughter, Miah, who brings endless joy to her life.
