Dr. Brad Jennings is the rock ‘n’ roll orthodontist behind Jennings Orthodontics, bringing expert care, musical flair, and a smile-first spirit to the practice. His love for rock music shows up throughout the office, creating an experience that feels memorable from the moment patients walk in.
When he is not helping patients move toward healthier, more confident smiles, Dr. Jennings can often be found playing guitar, building guitars, or enjoying time with his pugs. At Jennings Orthodontics, his personality helps set the tone for care that feels polished, welcoming, and ready to rock.

Some team members bring comfort with a warm smile, and some bring it with a tiny snore during an appointment. Millie and Sammie help make visits at Jennings Orthodontics feel a little softer, sillier, and more memorable for patients who love a friendly pug moment.
Millie, Little Rockstar
Millie is one of the office therapy pugs, and her favorite way to support patients is by settling in for a cozy nap during appointments. She loves making new friends, playing with patients, showing off her outfits, and proving that orthodontic visits can come with a little extra pug-powered comfort.
Patients may see Millie in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when she is officially on duty and ready for attention. Ask the front desk for a treat, and Millie may be happy to show off a few tricks before heading back to her very important beauty sleep.
Sammie, Littlest Rockstar
Sammie is Millie’s younger sister and the littlest therapy pug in training at Jennings Orthodontics. She visits the office on occasion as she learns the ropes, usually bringing plenty of playful energy before following Millie’s lead with a well-earned nap.
She is still building her rockstar skill set, which makes every trick attempt part of the fun. Patients can ask the front desk for a treat and help Sammie practice, cheer her on, and enjoy one more reason a visit can feel a little brighter.

Micaela, Treatment Coordinator
Micaela helps new patients feel comfortable, supported, and excited to begin their orthodontic journey at Jennings Orthodontics. As a proud Baylor University alumna and former lead assistant for Dr. Jennings, she brings hands-on orthodontic experience and a thoughtful approach to treatment coordination.
Her goal is to help patients understand what comes next and leave their first visit with clarity, confidence, and a smile. Outside the office, Micaela enjoys spending time with her husband and their three cats, along with painting and reading.
Desiree, Insurance Coordinator
Desiree helps keep the front desk experience friendly, organized, and easy to navigate. Since joining Jennings Orthodontics in 2022, she has supported patients with insurance matters, administrative details, and the kind of customer service that keeps visits running smoothly.
She is a go-to source for helping patients feel taken care of from the administrative side of the smile journey. Outside the office, Desiree enjoys shopping, relaxing, and spending cozy time at home with her girlfriend.
Allison, Scheduling Coordinator
Allison helps patients stay on track with scheduling support that keeps the orthodontic experience smooth, simple, and upbeat. Since joining the team in January 2024, she has enjoyed helping new patients feel welcomed and making each step of the visit feel a little more fun.
Away from the front desk, Allison brings that same energy to life with her kiddo, Parker, and her mischievous puppy, Dobbi. She also loves lifting weights, proving that strong scheduling skills may come with strong gym days too.

Chelsea, Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Chelsea brings her passion for orthodontic care into a treatment environment that feels focused, upbeat, and full of good energy. As lead orthodontic assistant, she helps support patients in the chair while keeping the experience positive from one visit to the next.
Outside the office, Chelsea loves spending time outdoors, tending to her plants, and enjoying life with her fiancé and their two dogs, Rihanna and Shady. She also loves park days, Starbucks pup cups, and time in the kitchen with her mom, where good meals and great stories are always part of the mix.
Esmeralda, Orthodontic Assistant
Esmeralda brings a thoughtful eye for detail to her role as an orthodontic assistant, with a focus on patient satisfaction and a job well done. Her creativity and collaborative spirit help each visit feel supported, smooth, and a little more personal.

Alyssa helps support safe, comfortable care through careful sterilization, accurate records, and diagnostic X-rays. Since joining Jennings Orthodontics in 2025, she has focused on the details that help each visit run smoothly, from preparing instruments to taking panoramic and cephalometric images.
Her attention to accuracy and patient comfort helps keep the clinical side of the smile journey in tune. Outside the office, Alyssa enjoys cars and playing video games.
Alexa, Laboratory Technician
Alexa brings detail, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic to her role as a laboratory technician, where she helps create custom retainers for patients. Originally from Miami, she brings a positive attitude and a careful eye to every piece she works on.
